JOB DESCRIPTION - General Function: Responsible for the development and implementation of business processes and procedures to ensure the successful operation of the Balanced Scorecard measurement and management system in the Latin America Division. Responsibilities: Consolidate and analyze business information from multiple sources; Establish processes to capture and measure key performance indicators; Liaise with lines of business to establish standard procedures for the strategic information delivery & information collection; Maintenance of the Balanced Scorecard reports and the Balanced Scorecard Oracle Application; Support technical consultants in the definition and development of the Balanced Scorecard Application; Suggest improvements and enhancements to business processes and interact with cross-functional teams to develop and implement them; Overall understanding of the LAD strategies and business models; Interact with Finance strategic analyst group and senior level management in developing lines of businesses strategies and balanced scorecards; Participate in lines of business Strategic Review Meetings. Essential Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills; Knowledge about Balanced Scorecard methodology; Ability to work in a virtual team environment; High level of energy, enthusiasm, commitment; Self-motivated to continuously expand personal professional knowledge; Good organizational and planning skills; Detail oriented; Analytic thinking; Knowledge of business software market; Excellent oral and written communication; Excellent English level; Excellent Excel level.
